Quite simply by putting more quality equipment in at the start.
We frequently see new or renovated premises that have beautiful bathrooms or kitchen appliances ruined by horrible water.
How many times have you walked into a dream home only to be chased out by a nightmare smell?
We can cure all of this before it’s even a problem. At your design stage we can advise you what may be required for whatever area you are building in, so that you have professionally planned the right amount of space for your water treatment installation, and not just crammed in a bigger softener that takes longer to die.
Softeners are the last piece in the water treatment puzzle, not the only piece.
We can organize the well and it’s hook up and wiring. We will fit the correct variable speed pump for the building’s needs. We can check the water before the job gets fitted out. We can be your full service plumbing company, or just the guys who appear at some point and install the water treatment.
You clients will appreciate the better quality water for showering, bathing, laundry or even just watering the garden knowing that the siding won’t get rusty.
If it’s a condo or a rental, the appliances will last longer, the hot water tanks won’t rot out, and all the fixtures and fittings will require less cleaning. Your tenants will be happier and overall your maintenance costs will plummet by comparison to your capitol investment.
Speak to us as part of your design team for ideas on how your project can stand out for the right reasons.
We carry in stock nearly $25,000 inventory so that we can build your own custom water treatment plant for your investment. What we don’t have here generally comes from the biggest Canadian manufacturer of water treatment equipment. Not much comes from anywhere you can’t drive to.
If you are a new customer, our first call is to do a full survey on what you have (or have not got). We test the water and any existing equipment and we give you a full written report on our findings.
We listen to what your needs, wants and wishes, and design something that ticks all the boxes.
There are no water issues that we can’t cure. We have filters to take out sediment, solids, cysts and other water-borne issues. We have machines to take out iron, iron bacteria, manganese, chlorine, calcium, magnesium and a whole host of other naturally occurring minerals.
We can take organic colour from water, tannins, smells such as “ rotten eggs” caused by hydrogen sulphide gas, H2s, swamp gas, oil and metallic smells.
We have a variety of drinking water systems to provide you with better water than any bottled water supplier can ever give you.
Our drinking water systems can take out chlorine, fluoride, pesticides, nitrates or just about any other contaminants you could imagine.
Most installations can pay for themselves in a very short time period by cancelling your bottled water delivery and having it made in house. And you don’t need to store all those 5 gallon jugs.
We use Reverse Osmosis (RO), UltraFine filtration, and distillation where necessary.
We normally have in stock a range of filter cartridges for all the common physical sizes and micron ratings for Std #10 , Std #20, 10”BB and 20BB filter housings.
We also stock light commercial Iron filters, Birm, Air injection and Manganese Greensand units along with all the chemicals needed to help them such as Potassium Permanganate in various container sizes, tannin removers, combination iron removers and softeners, multimedia filters, high capacity back washing chlorine removers with charcoal carbon and specialty coconut carbon filters beds.
We are also adding a drain camera to our equipment list both for problem solving and for drain inspections.
We have a wealth of knowledge in repairing choked city drains in Steinbach & Winnipeg as well as working and repairing septic and sewage pumps, both in tank and jet type basement pumps.
Don’t forget we offer a 24/7 service for this, as we know that your business can’t operate without the employees being able to operate.
For all of our services we can be put on prepaid monthly contract, or on retainer, or just good old fashioned stand by.
